In April 2024, we curated a collection of 3 original activity books that elaborate on key STEM concepts in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The activities were of a hands-on nature that served to complement the theoretical explanations that were also present in the books for young students to engage with.
An engaging resource on how to build paper aeroplanes, simple electric circuits, and balloon rocket cars, all using knowledge from physics!
A fun-filled activity book that will help us explore the basics of kitchen chemistry, make a volcano out of baking soda and vinegar, and also create DIY slime
In this final activity book, we embark on a journey that includes activities on plant germination, journaling about budding, and a biodiversity scavenger hunt
A collection of children’s books whose narratives are built around scientific concepts, set against the backdrop of Science Street, a fictional neighbourhood in Dubai. The stories follow Pragati, a studious girl who loves to experiment with things in the world around her, and her friends – Vidya, Oorja, and Roshni – as they discover different scientific principles. These stories feature concepts spanning electricity, cells, and states of matter.
How does electricity work? Well, it’s time to find this out, one step at a time, with Pragati and her friends!
After all, everything goes back to the smallest unit of life - the cell. Now, join us as we walk through the biology lab to understand the foundations of life on Earth.
What is (the) matter? In this final storybook, Science Street's most favourite gang learns more about matter - happy reading!
